PULMONARY REHABILITATION LOCATIONS IN VIRGINIA

Most pulmonary rehabilitation facilities require a doctor’s prescription to attend.
If there is not a facility in your area, after clearing exercise with your doctor, check into gym membership. Many senior centers offer exercise programs for low or no cost. Check www.craigslist.com for used exercise equipment including treadmills. Or, if you can safely do so, just put on your sneakers and go for a walk.
